Each bike loop equals 1 mile. Youth participants will transition from bike to run at Veterans Park and complete the run that travels around the fields at the park to finish at the Veterans Park shelterhouse area. \nWhat To Bring\n\nHelmet – mandatory!\nSwim suit\, bike\, socks and shoes for bike/run.\nOptional: goggles\, swim cap\, towel\, shorts/shirt for bike/run. (Please label everything.)\n**Note that headphones are strictly prohibited on the race courses at all times\n\nFOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS\, NO PARENTS/SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN TRANSITION AREAS OR ON THE RACE COURSE AT ANY TIME.
