Customer service email and Facebook are answered by race staff and owners as quickly as possible year round. During race season (April–September) Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, please be aware that all staff and owners are on race site and will do our best to respond during race event work and packet pick up and when cell service is available. Some locations do not have cell service within 30 miles of the event; however, we will do our best when available to go to town to answer emails and voicemails. Questions regarding future races may not be answered until the Tuesday after the current event.
